Just finished revising Social Studies. Darn. Tomorrow is the test. Its just Singapore Education. Might be straight forward. Looking back at minutes during the art lesson was a memorable one for me. I think.

Our submission was extended. Most of us were happy about it but the submission for the final piece stayed. Tomorrow before noon, we must surrender. I've chat with my old school friend and he was also taking Art subject. Saying that they had finished their coursework long time ago. I think back at what he say. Maybe during this period of time, they are revising their subjects. What about us? Still doing our coursework. I've regret not starting the coursework early this year as i had no idea. Having said that we too have to struggle of Sec 5 works during the earlier months. Therefore, we did have the time to sit down and think about our coursework. I start my coursework only after the O-Level Mother Tongue June paper.

During class, our request was granted from Mr lim. Actually, he was a nice teacher but he has attitude. He had given us time to finish our sketches and surrender it on Monday. However, the surrender of the final piece is tommorow. Luckily, i had printed my banner and was ready for submission. And too luckily for my class, our request was granted. Few days earlier, Saiful, Yudhi and I, met the VP to ask whether we could extend the deadline. We proposed:
- Sketches to be handed up on Monday
- Final piece to be handed up as on the fixed deadline which is on Friday.
So we had given the reasons that surely, most of our classmates will not be coming to school today and it is true. Most of them did not. Therefore, the VP who was in the rushing mode says "I support what decisions which Mr Lim made" and on our minds this might be a bad omen. However, luck was on our side today. Maybe Mr Lim was in the good mood.

After the usual lecture at the begining of the class, I went up to Mr Lim and showed my final product. I was doing graphic design and had the banner delivered by the Manager of a banner printing company yesterday. It cost 150 bucks for a series of 4 banners. My friends said that it was expensive and Mareena too told me that she can reccommend his friends but it was too late. I had i t printed. Furthermore, i did not need to go to the place to print. Just need to send my design over the net to the manager's email and he print it. Well, back to the situation in class, I was given good remarks from Mr Lim. "Well done, Khairul." was the remark and i sat down to dicuss my current situation. He had given me ideas to do up a TV commercial and teaser ad. I find it cool and why didn't I ask him wheter can use still images to make up the ad.

And therefore, I think i had learnt a valuable lesson today. Maybe, not to assume a person, a don't-want-to-care-about-students person.
